All prices on this page are in euros, excluding VAT. Spanish invoices are subject to 21% IVA. EU clients outside Spain with a valid VAT number qualify for the reverse-charge mechanism. Clients outside the EU are not charged VAT. We invoice 50% on engagement letter signature and 50% on handover; engagements over four working weeks are split into three milestone invoices instead.

Q · 03 Can we book larger projects at a fixed price? +
Most engagements over four working weeks are quoted on a written-cap basis rather than pure fixed price, because the variance is too high to absorb cleanly. The cap protects you from runaway cost while leaving room for reasonable scope decisions along the way.
Q · 04 Do you work with clients outside Spain? +
Yes. Roughly half of our clients are outside Spain — most of them elsewhere in the EU, with a smaller number in the UK, the Maghreb, and North America. We work in English and Spanish; French is available if useful.
Q · 05 How long is the wait until you can start? +
Landing pages and the art direction sprint usually start within ten working days of booking. Larger engagements typically start within four to six weeks, depending on the current studio workload. The express lane in the builder dedicates two designers full-time and shortens those windows.
Q · 06 Who actually does the design work? +
One of the three senior designers in the studio, named in the engagement letter. We do not outsource, we do not subcontract, and we do not use generative AI to produce the work. We use AI where it earns its keep — research synthesis, transcription, basic asset organisation — and the visual design itself is made by hand.
Q · 07 Can we hire you on a retainer? +
Not as an open retainer, no. The hourly packs on the pricing page are how we structure ongoing capacity for clients we have already worked with — they bank time, they use it as needed, they top up when they need more. It is intentionally lighter than a contract.
Q · 08 What happens after the engagement ends? +
Every engagement closes with a written handover document and an asset library you own outright. Roughly half of our clients book a second engagement within a year of the first; the others use the hourly packs to top up.
